There are many moments where we share a closer walk with our loved ones. We walk hand in hand with them and share our thoughts. We know them completely, but we also make sure that we don't take them for granted. We hold their hands, listen to all that they say and spend so much of our life time with them. This is just because we love them and it is possible only when we love them. Each day we get more personal in knowing about the other person and slowly without our knowledge we would have started to walk their way. Well, that is what love does, when two join hands they become one and only one survives. That is true love.
Now, let us analyze the walk we have with God. The time which we share with him and how much we listen to him matters a lot. When we do the most of the talking then we would end up not listening to what the Lord wants to say, proving that we are still concerned about our own self. Based on the amount of listening the transformation will happen. The one who listens will get transformed and the one who speaks will transform and influence the other. As you understand the heart of the master, you will lose your way and your life. Yourself and the Master will become one, and it is no longer your life, but it is His life you live.
The world will also surely witness your closer walk with God, since you are no longer doing the same things as you did earlier. You are a new person in Christ who is always connected to God Eternal. When Jesus was here, He was a perfect sign board for His Father in Heaven. Whenever we look at Him, He would point to the Father. That is how closer the walk should be. He did only as His Father said and nothing else, giving a solid proof of walking with God, laying down His life for His loved ones.
Love starts with listening. Give your time, heart and strength to the passion of your Heart, Jesus. Listen to your love if you really love. If I can live without my love talking to me for days, weeks and months then there is a problem. God speaks to us in different ways, It could be through Messages, Visions, Word of God (Bible), Prayer time, Amidst Problems and Tough situations and through any of His creations. One who has the Heart to Listen, the Master speaks.
SILENT = LISTEN
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Revelation 3: 20, 22
